ginger bread is soft

I baked off all the pieces to my ginger bread homed they were hard as a rock which is exactly how I needed it. Then it rained and no they are soft. Can I re bake them to get it hard again?

You can try rebaking, but I doubt if that will help. One thing to remember, never open the windows when there is high humidity. I did the same thing and my roof just collapsed.
