i never used a silcone mat for the cookie dough. does it really work that well?

I am so happy I found silicone sheets. I actually roll out my dough on the sheets, cut out my cookie pieces, remove excess dough, throw sheet on baking sheet & bake. Cookies (or house parts) come off easy. Makes process much easier!!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried silicone baking sheets. The cookies were very evenly baked through.
