missing ingredient in professional fondant recipe?
I just found it quite odd that there is no fat in the recipe for professional fondant- I am interested in making this recipe but just wanted to double check first. Is the recipe really only 3 T warm water, 5 t gelatin, 1/2 c liquid glucose, 1 T glycerine, and 6 c confectioners sugar? Thank you.
