Making a snow globe from hard candy

Have any of you ever attempted to make a snow globe from the processed used to make hard candy windows? I have seen many hard candy molds online, but none that would really allow for a shape like a globe.

I would like to turn my gingerbread house into a snow globe this year and everything about my house is edible, so I would love to make the globe edible.

Would love tips if anyone has ever attempted this.
