have a lot to bake

i have to bake 15 gingerbread houses does anyone know if i would have to bake them all in one day or would i be able to bake a few a day for a week.

I personally like to spread the process out over several days, even if I'm just baking one house. Just refrigerate the dough (or even freeze it if you want to wait several weeks to bake) and then roll it out when you're ready to start cutting and baking. I've found that the refrigeration makes it less sticky and more manageable.
