I have often wondered how the professionals get the clear look gingerbread house windows so that you can actually look in the house and see whats' inside...ie...tree etc. I am excited to know that it is gelatin sheets. But, how do they make it look as though it is actually part of the window pane and not just placed against the back of the window with icing??
