This is the second gingerbread house I have made. My husband said he needed a gingerbread house for work and this is what I made with your wonderful castle pattern! You can eat everything on it, but I don't guarantee it is all tasty. I took some ideas from some cake decorating books for things like the dragon, princess, knights and wizard, but really had to scale them down. The water is piping gel with blue color in it. It took almost three of your gingerbread recipes to make it and about 18 hours. I made sugar glass for some of the windows and even used broken "glass" with pieces at the bottom with the "rock" that broke it.
