The Empire State Building Complete with Kong in the Holiday Spirit!

Living in the NYC area, we decided to recreate The Empire State Building and being a fan of KING KONG movies, we thought what better way to kick off the holiday season than to make a festive recreation of The Empire State Building complete with Kong getting into the holiday spirit!
Since this was a family affair, we made sure that our creation included candy from both our generation and our kids! Kong was made out of Fondant and colored with food dyes. Everything is edible!!
