The best runny icing

500grams icing sugar

5tbps lemon juice (your choice)
2tbsp soft butter

Mix half the juice and the butter until smooth then add the sugar bit by bit. Then add the rest of the juice until it is the right thickness for you. Cool until ready to serve.

I know this sounds weird but trust me, it's delicious with all cakes and you can flavour it with cocoa (take away the amount from the sugar) or vanilla etc
