Gluten-Free Gingerbread Train

The gluten-free recipe on this page is delicious. Slightly dry, maybe, but no more than any other "construction-grade" gingerbread I've ever had. I'm not even gluten-intolerant and I'm making this my new go-to gingerbread recipe for every year. Thank you so much for sharing it!
