Swiss Chalet (Caffe Torino)

I've been making this gingerbread chalet for the past 3 years for our "gingerbread town" exhibit in our shop, Caffe Torino. I use wafers, cereal for the roof, and different sorts of candy. The chimney on the back, which cannot be seen in this picture, is made of almonds, simulating stones. It always receives great reviews....
