My American friend requested me to make her a fashion bag cake for her friend. And she's crazy about America's Next Top Model... and she'd gone crazy when she saw the cake!!!

my question has nothing to do with this bag.
This is regarding the pastillage recipe.
How many teaspoons or tablespoons gelatine do I need. You mentioned 1 package.

Thanks a lot! I used rolled fondant or we call it white modelling paste. It's softer and more pliable than sugar paste. I never use sugar paste for covering for it dries hard and spoils cutting. I prefer to use it only for decor accessories.
