I am looking for pattern/template for a cruise ship and for a mountain. We would like to depict our trip to Alaska in gingerbread. We need a replica of a Princess cruise ship and Mt. McKinley. Can anyone help??

I haven't made a gingerbread ship pattern yet but I have an idea for your mountain (if you don't need it to be out of gingerbread): I recently made a dragon out of rice crispie treats (for on top of a castle cake) for my son's birthday. The rice crispie treat mix (a double batch) was super easy to shape into a dragon and I would imagine it would be perfect for a mountain as well. I even intended to ice the entire dragon but, since I had died the rice crispie mix green just for fun, it turned out to not need icing at all (which was a good thing because I ended up running out of time)! I just stuck candy eyes, claws, and other details on with dabs of icing and it looked terrific. I'll post pictures as soon as I have time.
