My husband and I experienced Oklahoma's first blizzard in 2009. Our family was snowed in and couldn't make it for Christmas/New Years so I decided to decorate the candy house myself. I made my own template, made the gingerbread from scratch and had a lot of fun doing it. It took 2 days to finish. I can't wait to do another!
