Ideas for Fences

Can anyone give me more ideas for fences? I've already used: pretzels, long candies, short candies.... I was thinking of some kind of farm yard type fence ? Made out of a stiff type of fondant and coloured ?
Any ideas welcome, thanks!

 Gingerbread House Fence

I've seen Tootsie Rolls with thin stick pretzels in between for a barn yard scene. The pretzels stick right into the Tootsie Roll "supports". You can make an X out of the pretzels for a more country/farm look.

there are 3 examples of great fencing. 2 are made out of gingerbread and one is made from pretzel sticks alone, just criss-crossed together - a VERY common farm fence look!

Fences can be made from gingerbread as well and then painted a wood look with royal icing.
