how to make large body parts out of gingerbread(legs,arms,torso,etc.)
making a foot and a half tall sculpture out of gingerbread,any suggests or ideas about how i might accomplish that..How would i make a bent leg or arm? thanks.

Thanks for the feed back, great idea. I'm going to try making the tin foil molds. So then when you piece the two parts together it becomes hallow in the center. Would you do that with making the torso too? I'm constructing a crouching figure and a dog sitting. Thais alot for your help:)

Try to find heatresisting moulds, best way is to make two halfs and than later construct them together.
If you cannot find moulds suitable, try to make it out of packed aluminum foil. Bake it extra hard, let it cool for several hours, than remove it and put the 2 halfs together with Royal Icing.
