hello can any one help me i have just made gingerbread men and it didnt say anything about putting it in the fridge , it was very crumbley ..
help would be great thx

I think you're asking if you need to wait very long after making the gingerbread dough and before cutting it out and baking it. If so, most recipes call for refrigerating 1 hour.
You CAN use the dough right away. It's just typically too sticky to work with at that point and that extra hour makes a big difference there.
You can also keep the dough in the refrigerator for up to a week or more before cutting & baking (or in the freezer for up to a month or so, depending on the recipe.)
