gum paste mixture
1 lb icing sugar
1 tbsp unflavoured gelatine
1 tbsp vegetable shortening
1 1/2 tbsp liquid glucose
4 tbsp water
1. place water in a saucepan
2. sprinkle gelatin over water let rest for 5 mins thrn add shortening and glucose.
3. heat on medium to low heat until dissolved.
4. add icing sugar until the right consistency is aquired.
5. placed in air tight container or in the fridgerator for 24 hrs.
