 Friging and Freezing Dough

Unbaked pie dough made with bleached flour will keep in the frig (well wrapped in plastic) for 3-4 days. Unbleached dough keeps only 2-3 days before it begins to turn gray. I don't keep frozen dough longer than 3 months. For health reasons, never wrap any foods directly with aluminum foil unless you use wax or parchment paper in-between.
