Gingerbread Carousel

This year’s gingerbread, my 5th. Dome, top, bottom, support column (covered in fondant ), and seat are all gingerbread. Horses are hand shaped fondant. Dedicated to my Pop (who has now passed) who flew with my mom’s carousel on his lap all the way from South Carolina to New Jersey just to give it to my granddaughter…only to fall down carrying it in the door and breaking it! 😩.
