Could you tell me if you can freeze a gingerbread house as I would like to make it now and freeze it. I would then assemble it and decorate it Christmas eve with the grandchildren. If not how many days before Christmas could I make it, it is just I will be so busy doing other things the weeks coming up to Christmas, Thanking you Lola
