wanted to make my son a cool cake for his birthday so i attemted my first fondant cake. Usinga toy as insperation i drew up measurments them proceded to cook buttercakes. Carved cake acorrding to plan then iced with butter cream and iced in red fondant.Decorated as per toy.

My son loves fire trucks so I might need to give it a try! I took the Wilton fondant class and can't wait to make something.
