Dottie has been enjoying Gingerbreading for many years and here are some shot of a couple of her recent projects. The finished castle was 2.5 feet long x 2 ft wide by approx 2" high and weighed almost 40 lbs.
Most of the chocolate decorated were hand-cast, hand-painted chocolates.
Bit thrown off with the caption about a castle but that's alright! haha I'm thinking about doing something railroad-like sometime. The ice cream cone works perfectly for the chimney and making the drive wheels apart from the others shows a bit of detail to the engine. Sweet!
